- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This SSA office is wonderful. The staff are very attentive and actually listen to your questions and try to answer all of them. I went there after work at 3:30 a few times - not a lot of people so waiting wasn't too bad. One time, two representatives actually stayed there until 4:35 to help me resolve an issue. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wow oh wow this place is a nightmare! Its always over crowded...and peoples kids are alwaus running yelling and annoying! The people behind the windows have always been pleasant to me. The he-she flashlight wanna be cop has got to go! I dont understaind why she has not been fired yet! She is rude and nasty! It makes the social security office very uncomfortable. She once took mace and would not give it back. I cant staind her i wish she would get fired. I refuse to go into this office until she is fired!By La Unica Munyecca, October 30, 2016
