  Alright, this place sucks. Its expensive, the manager is rude, and I feel bad for the poor workers who are not allowed to even have a break to eat and yet they are not allowed to eat at their registers. I worked here for a year and Brenda was an on and off manager who yelled at employees constantly and talked about them behind their backs to other employees. She treats her second shift workers worse than the first shift, who do virtually nothing in conparison to what the second shift are responsible for.

  We live 3 miles from this store. My husband left 20 minutes earlier than he normally does (for work) to pick up a milkshake for myself and run it back home. On Wed June 16th at 10:25 he put an order in. 20 minutes later still no shake. Worried he'd be late for work I asked him to leave so I can walk up and grab it. When I get there at 11:05 pm the lady behind the food counter said "Yeah he cancelled it". I told her he ordered it at 1025 and had to leave at 1045 bc he was going to be late for work. I also told her I just walked 3 miles so he wouldn't be late. Needless to say 6 miles later, still no shake but at least I got a good workout! And yes he clocked in without a minute to spare on time. Whatever Rutters... really ticked off right now. Thanks for the awesome workout!

  One of the cleanest Rutter's I've ever been in. Very customer service friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. Great employees! They represent Rutter's very well.
