- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I filed my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for the 2014 tax year. I am currently working on buying a home and need my 2014 taxes which I cannot find anywhere. I've tried calling Jackson Hewitt numerous times on numerous numbers, the first time I was on hold for 45 minutes with no option to leave a voicemail and could only get an automated dial prompt. I tried calling a different 1-800 number for them again with no luck. I also tried to call the Jackson Hewitt number I filed with and it kept giving me the busy signal. I then emailed them and only got an automated response with directions on how to obtain this online which was not helpful because their website is not user friendly and it keeps giving me error codes every time I try to follow the directions on the website. I just want some help to obtain my 2014 taxes and speaking to a live person would be great except I can't get in touch with one. Extremely frustrated and I need this information ASAP. I will say that when I filed my taxes the gentleman was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful but where is the customer service after you've received my business?By Jodelle Faith Polya, June 03, 2017
