  I have had Allstate for a few years now with this agency. It's nice to have a local office to stop in whenever I want & the people there are so nice and welcoming. I'm glad they are always there to help me if I need to make a change or file a claim. Also, when I had an accident I was afraid my premium would go up so they were able to add some discounts on to my policy to help offset any price change!

  Will never use again. Was just notified of my policy being canceled without be sent a letter or phone call to renew. Then was told it was my fault because I hadn't responded electronically which I never signed up for. You lost a paying customer and I hope I convince my friends and family to leave with me. Poor client connection and poor business man. Wish I could give 0 rating.

  I've been with the Allstate office of Greg Nicholas Insurance for 13 months. And I'm very glad I am a client there. Here's why... I switched from another agent and company that were so much about blowing smoke in my face that I didn't know what I was actually getting. I really didn't know if I had all the coverage I needed, it's like something was always being hidden behind the curtain of the great and powerful Oz. Yeah, it really was an unpleasant experience. I contacted Greg and his highly trained, professional, and friendly staff to see what could be done to help me. Right from the start things were instantly better than my previous agent. Everything, and I mean every single detail, was explained to me. I was able to ask questions over and over again and they were so patient with me until I was convinced that I understood the details well. I was assisted in making the right choices for both my personal and business needs. I am consistently pleased with the ongoing communication from Greg's staff in the form of emails, phone calls, and mail.   This office withdrew money from my dead mothers account last June and refused to give it back. His office confirmed they received the death certificate and I still have the voice mail message. She had a basic auto policy that was about $64.00 a month so there was no life insurance or anything. He demanded to see the will claiming its the state law, so i asked other Ins. agencies and they were shocked and asked why he would need a will. He refused to return the money, he refused to cancel her policy and then he turned my dead mother into a debt collection agency who I never heard from again after I sent them the same death certificate I sent him. He cancelled my dead mothers auto insurance policy for non payment but wouldn't cancel it after he got her death certificate. To this day the money was never returned.
