  A shining example of people who should be forever restricted from breeding. They excel at incompetence. They strive for stupidity. I even heard they have a monthly competition of who can give the most inaccurate information. Looking at the reviews i noticed least one five star review is from an employee. How sad.

  I went to Runkle's , twice last week. Each time I had a young lady named Chiffon. She was wonderful! She answered all my questions and took care of what I needed. All with a smile and a great personality! If I was still working and in the hiring department, I would hire her in a heartbeat!!! Well Done!

  I do business at the Roosevelt Ave location several times a year. Two years ago I had the worst experience with Lisa, a long time employee. She is generally a very condisending individual with no business in customer service. Knowing this I avoid her window at all cost. However this past week I was in trading boats with a friend and do to employees needing to leave at the end of their shifts my friend accidentally ended up at Lisa's window. The boat I had traded was bought from a neighbor friend on a bill of sale. When my friend went to register it my neighbors name came up. Well you would have thought lisa had just solved a great boat theft caper with her rude behavior. She basically made a simple situation argumenitive and accusatory! It took me all of 20 minutes to get the original owner up to complete the transaction but no apology came from Lisa. If you are there at the right times you will even occasionally hear her co-workers refer to her moods. My advice to management is to secret shop her and cut this negative employee from the team.

  I was in Runkles for a transfer of title from an out of state vehicle. Chiffon was extremely helpful and kind in helping me through the process. Her patience working to help my elderly father gather the correct paperwork meant a lot to me.
